By using firesolutionsnw.com or requesting a quote from Fire Solutions NW LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Fire Solutions NW provides commercial fire protection services including inspection, testing, installation, repair, and monitoring. Services are delivered in accordance with applicable NFPA standards, local AHJ requirements, and manufacturer specifications. Pricing is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Emergency and after-hours services may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins. Cancellation of scheduled work within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a service-call fee.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless a specific payment term is agreed in writing. Accepted methods: check, ACH, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances over 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Installation work is warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from the date of installation. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment apply separately.
To the extent permitted by law, Fire Solutions NW's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mason County, Washington.
